These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Guru Startups — a research and analytics platform operated by Coders GenAI Technologies, a company registered in Bangalore, India. By accessing or using Guru Startups, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Definitions

“Platform” refers to the Guru Startups website, services, and content. “User”, “you”, or “your” refers to anyone accessing or using the platform. “We”, “us”, or “our” refers to Coders GenAI Technologies.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, subscribing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Continued use of Guru Startups constitutes acceptance of any future updates to these Terms.

Guru Startups provides AI-driven research, analytics, and data products for venture capital, private equity, and corporate strategy users. Services include, but are not limited to, LLM-powered research reports, data visualizations, and intelligent agent interactions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: (a) Reverse-engineering or copying proprietary algorithms; (b) Sharing login credentials; (c) Uploading malicious code; (d) Using the content for resale, scraping, or redistribution; (e) Violating applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including its software, content, research, AI models, databases, and designs, remain the exclusive property of Coders GenAI Technologies. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform for personal or organizational research purposes only.

6. AI-Generated Content

Some materials and analyses on Guru Startups are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence models. While we ensure high accuracy standards, such outputs may contain errors or approximations. Users acknowledge that AI-generated insights are provided “as is” and should not be solely relied upon for financial or strategic decisions.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid services are subject to applicable subscription fees as displayed on the Platform. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal. All transactions are securely processed through authorized payment partners (e.g., Dodo Payments).

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We handle user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to data collection, storage, and processing for service delivery and analytics. Users within the European Union are protected under GDPR compliance standards, with data stored in Frankfurt-based secure clusters.

9. Third-Party Links

Guru Startups may include references or links to third-party websites or APIs. We do not endorse or control these external sites and assume no liability for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coders GenAI Technologies and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, or reputational harm resulting from use of the Platform or its content.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coders GenAI Technologies, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

12. Confidentiality

Users who access non-public or beta features agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary systems, algorithms, or data. Disclosure, replication, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

13. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including violations of these Terms or legal obligations. Upon termination, all licenses granted to the User shall immediately cease, and all unpaid fees become due.

14. Disclaimers

The Platform and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data accuracy, or specific performance outcomes.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes or claims shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

16. Changes to Terms

Coders GenAI Technologies reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
